Not receiving push notifications

I am not receiving push notifications for my task reminders on the iPhone app.

I have already tried deleting and re-installing the iOS app, then sending a test push notification from the web interface. The test notification comes up on my phone just fine, but still not notifications for reminders.

Also, when looking in the Reminders settings in the Web Interface, there are no devices listed under the "Manage your devices" section. I would assume I should see both the iPhone and iPad on which I have the iOS app installed.

Hi,

So you just un-installed the app, re-installed it and no devices are listed there? In the same area of that location in settings, hit the Issue A New API token. Does the device then show up, if not, one more re-install, does it then?

After issuing a new API token the devices did not show up in the "Manage your devices" list.

I then re-installed the iOS app and now when I try to log in I just get a popup window that says "Error".

Effectively, I am now unable to use the iOS app.

Jon,

I have no other reports of this, can you try removing the app one more time, reboot the phone, then re-install it.

Though I will pass this along, as it should be showing up in your settings area, which is the cause of the issue.

Is your device jailbroken or anything like this?

Brendon

I removed the app, re-booted and re-installed. I still get the same error message when I try to log in to the iOS app.

My device isn't jailbroken or otherwise modified.

Hi,

I will pass this along and see what we can find out. To be clear, neither of your iOS devices are working now?

I do not have access to my iPad at the moment I can only confirm that this is happening on my iPhone5 running iOS 7.1.2 (as mentioned earlier in the thread).

Thanks for your attention and assistance Brendon!

Jon,

Can you let me know if its still happening. If its the iPhone only, I have a feeling its possible you are using an incorrect password?

Brendon
