we are starting our trial of the business package, but no one seems to be able to login.
When they try to sign in, their will be a loading page with 3 black dots moving and there will be nothing happening from there. Please help.
The other 3 colleagues we are trying are using windows platform and have tried different browsers including IE, FF, Chrome
