+ Add Question

Add Todoist no longer works in Outlook

I manage emails by adding as tasks to respond / read using the todoist plugin. Since upgrading to Office 2013 I can still add the email, but the link is broken and the email does not open up from the tasks.


Any help please?

Hi,

Are you adding labels to these emails when adding? Do you move these emails or delete them after adding?

Hi Brendon

I move the email from my inbox to a separate folder, then use the Add Todoist button. I do not delete the email.
I do use labels, and it appears to be not working when these are used.
Just checked and all OK when labels are not used.

Hello Gareth,

This issue should now be fixed, please try to log out and back into your account and adding labels will no longer affect these tasks.
