printing email tasks

K

Is there a way to print the actual email that you've added as a task when printing your task list? Would be very helpful to have the email content, rather than just the title, on paper when I take my list into meetings.

Hello Korin,

This is only possible if you're using the option to send emails as tasks and not link to emails in tasks.

To use it, right-click on a project, choose "Email tasks to this project" and you'll see the unique email address of this project and some more information about how this feature works. This will convert the content of the message to a task note and therefore make it visible when printing as you can print notes.

David

It should add the E-Mail Content as a note.
Notes get printed automagically when you print your task list :)

Thank you David. I keep getting a "bad request" error when I choose "email tasks to this project." Any advice for that. It happened with my Windows app, as well as my Chrome extension app.
