After a few months with Todoist Premium, I have decided to switch to Asana. How can I get a refund on my remaining account balance?

Please give us the transaction ID or reference number of your purchase so we can process your refund request.

We can actually check it for you but I did that already and I don't see it. Can you please tell me how you purchased your premium membership so I can give you a detailed way to find the transaction ID/reference number?

Did you purchase it through the App Store or Google Play Store?

Hi Matt,

It wouldn't be in your credit card statement. When you purchased your premium account, a receipt should have been sent to your email. Try looking in your spam messages to see if it's there.

Sorry, no luck searching my spam. Why wouldn't it appear on my credit card statement? Every purchase that I make appears on my credit card statement.

Hi Matt.

It should appear in your credit card statement but the info we're looking can't be found there. Re-checking your account, it seems that it will expire in Mar 28, 2015. That tells me that you purchased the premium membership around that time. Does that sound accurate?

Please note that we only offer refunds for requests made within 30 days after the purchase and sadly, we don't offer partial refunds.
