Due date "disappears" when I change the Priority on my iPad or iPhone

K

I just recently started having a problem when I add tasks to todoist on my iPad or iPhone. When I enter the "Due date" and then change the Priority (from the default of Priority 4 to a 1, 2, or 3), the due date disappears and I have to re-enter it! Please let me know how to address this problem. Thanks.

It's now been 14 days since I first reported this issue...are you guys any closer to having this resolved? Thanks.

Hello Kara,

We're sorry for the delay, we have addressed this and a few other issues in a new version of our iOS app and will release it very soon, though as always - due to Apple's approval process, we can't tell exactly when the app will be available at the store exactly.

Regards,
David

This is really frustrating David...please see the other post I just did on the iPad and iPhone not syncing and let me know there if you've addressed that as well with the new version of the iOS app.

Kara,

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. I have replied to the other thread already. Yes, the new version features a lot of fixes, that's one of the reasons it takes so long to implement. Given Apple's unpredictable approval process, we can't release small fixes too often as each update needs their approval. The next update will include a lot of rewrites to the syncing process that will address all sorts of sync-related issues.

Regards,
David
