Due date keeps changing when I update another task

KA

I'm currently trying to add more tasks for today but every time I try to set the due date for today it changes another task to be due tomorrow. How can I resolve this issue?

Hi Kyle,

Just to clarify, you type "today" in the due date field and it changes it to tomorrow? Please make sure that your device's timezone is set properly and also make sure you have selected the correct timezone within the Todoist setting.

Clyde

Hi Clyde,

When I use the Mac application and select the date by clicking the "Today" button at the top left, it changes a completely unrelated task to tomorrow. Every time I update the unrelated task to schedule it for today it switches the original task to tomorrow. I do not have the app installed on my mobile device and had already updated the timezone previous to the request for support.

Hello Kyle,

Can you maybe give me a screenshot on which "Today" button you're referring to? I tried testing this but I wasn't reproduce the issue.
