Blank TD panel in chrome

The TD extension button shows the correct number of overdue items but when expanded is blank, see screenshot. Any ideas? I have disabled all other extensions but no improvement.

Hello David,

Please make sure that your browser accepts third-party cookies. Also, try to use an incognito window with just the Todoist extension enabled (to make sure that really no other software interferes with it) and see if it works.

Best regards,
David

Thanks for the quick reply David. No luck with that, Cookies accepted by everything and incognito tested. It's the only extension allowed in incognito too.

David,

Does Todoist work fine directly inside Chrome, if you just go to todoist.com in the browser?

I'm unsure how could something like this happen :-( Usually, it's always either a third-party cookie issue or an add-on blocking Todoist or a problem with the cache (that is - Todoist offline storage which may not get removed through cache clearing only manually through Content Settings -> All cookies).

Are you in a corporate environment behind proxies, VPNs, firewalls? Are you using any anti-virus software?

Best regards,
David

HI David, yes it's fine in the browser. It's fine in chrome on my Mac Air which is synced and has all the same extensions loaded. I'm on a home network behind a Virgin Media super hub. Using Malwarebytes, AVG Free/ No proxies or vpn. The Mac works fine on the same wireless connection anyway so it isn't that. Still no idea. Very odd.

David,

Did you try to disable all anti-virus, anti-malware software so we can at least exclude for sure that this could be what's causing it?

Regards,
David
