Chrome tab crashes when due date set to "after 0 days"

Setting a due date to "after 0 days at 20" or similar, and then checking the task or doing some related task editing causes the todoist tab to completely crash and become almost fully unresponsive. At this point the tab might be closeable, but not always and require a force restart of the browser.

Hello,

Please clarify - you've typed "after 0 days at 20" exactly as mentioned into the due date field of a task? That's not a supported due date format and based on the date, it will of course create an infinite loop as the task wants to set itself to now., after now, after now... etc.

Nonetheless, I'll pass it to the developers and we'll look into disabling the option to enter such date.

Best regards,
David

Hello,

Yeah, I understand that what I was doing is something that's not expected, but I figure it's still a bug that should be handled.

The reason I was trying this out was that I have some tasks set to be at night - so shower "after 1 day at 22". If don't do the task that night thought I want to be able to do it in the morning instead. So far all good. At this point though, if I complete last night's task in the morning, it then recurs the next day, and not that night.

I was hoping that "after 0 days at 20" would always post the task to the next 8pm, and not necessarily 8pm the next day. So at 7pm, if I completed it, it would create the same exact task and due date - same day at 8pm. But if I completed the task at 9pm, it would instead create the task for the next day at 8pm.

Programmatically, it shouldn't create an infinite loop. The task creator should be told to create one task, and to create that task in 0 days at 20. You can complete that task an infinite number of times though.
