After using Todoist for a week or so, I have decided it is not for me and would like to request a full refund. Thank you for your time.

Please send us the order reference ID of your payment and we'll process the refund.

If there was anything in particular that you didn't like about Todoist, please let us know, it would help us improve it in the future.

Hi David,

Where can I find my reference ID? I'm looking through my emails and I only see my PayPal receipt and I see transaction ID. Is that what you are looking for?

It has now been refunded. Make sure to remove the subscription from your PayPal account.
