Sharing a project AND subprojects

RM

Should be an option to click the parent project and be able to share all subprojects underneath it. I could be wrong, but I believe you have to share the parent project and all subprojects individually.

Hi Richard,

Yes that is correct. Right now it requires you to share each project including subs. We will consider changing this in the future.

Brendon.

I 2nd this. My peer is complaining about how many times he has to accept an invite. Eventually, he might miss a sub folder invite and not accept due to being barraged with invites. (doh)

Hello.

I try to use todoist free. I try to add assigned people by mail address but it does not work.

Hi Bruno,

Were you able to successfully invite them? Did they accept your invitation to join the project already?

Hi Bruno,

Unfortunately, sorting tasks by the assigned people is not yet possible.

Hi Bruno,

Yes. The only available sorting options right now is by date, priority, and name.
