iPhone not syncing and duplicate tasks

The sync won't work and just keeps spinning and then when it is working, it's not synced with other my other platforms.
Frequently end up with duplicates and crossing one off affects both of them.
The latter problem was less of an issue but the I inability to sync means my husband and I might need to find a new tool as this is unusable :-(

Hi Rachel,

Can you tell me if this continues after logging out, and re-installing the app. Normally this shouldn't be needed but there has been many background changes, and this should already be fixed.

It seemed to improve after reinstall but is having issues syncing again.

Rachel,

So you are on our latest app version now? You say it has improved, what exactly is happening now, certain tasks due not show up on one device, or certain details (notes, etc) are missing?

It is actually when you pull down to sync, it gets stuck and doesn't hide 'sync' again

Hi Rachel,

Logging out and back in again helps with sync issues. Have you tried it and still got the syncing issues?

Yes my sync issue seems to be resolved.

Now I would like to know how to make it stop creating duplicates?
If I see one, I cross it off and sometimes that makes both disappear.

I'm having the same issue. My iOS isn't syncing with my Windows platform.
