SMS Reminders not working

Hi There,

I was receiving SMS's just fine, however, now none at all.

The error message I receive is the following;

"Error encountered:
"21408: Permission to send an SMS has not been enabled for the region indicated by the 'To' number: +264xxxxxxx"
Try to include your country code, ex. +351 917 954 501"

I am from Namibia, Country code is +264

Please assist.
