Todoist DashClock extension

G

Hi,
I have currently only 1 task in my inbox due today. It's the only one for the whole week (till now). The extension says that I have 2 tasks to do. The problem is that it sums up the tasks for the current day and the ones for the next 7 days. It does not recognize that there is only 1 task.

"Inbox" has 1 task, "Next 7 days" 1 task -> it's one and the same. DashClock extension displays 2 tasks.

Hello George,

It should not work like this, it should only add tasks due today to tasks that are overdue. Please tell me, do you have 1 task due "yesterday" or overdue by any amount of days?

Best regards,
David

No, I have 1 recurring task (the next one shows up in 2 months) and 1 task due today.
That is it. Nothing more. When I remove the task, Todoist disapperas from my DashClock widget. I set it to do so, when there are no tasks, in the settings. So my conclusion is that the recurring task does not count.

George,

Please try to reinstall Todoist, if that won't help, let me know what are the due dates of these tasks, that is - what date did you enter when you've set them up (both the today task and the recurring one) and I'll pass it to the developers.

Also, what version of Android are you using?

Best regards,
David

I reinstalled, same problem. For a short moment when I added the extension to my DashClock again it only showed overdue and today's tasks-> resulted to 1. When the "next 7 days" were loaded by the application it changed to 2 tasks. So I think it is just a summary problem.
I am using Android 4.2.2 and the newest versions of Todoist and DashClock widget.

Current tasks:
- recurring every 3 months on the 27th; 27th septemeber is the next
- today (16th july)

George

This should be fixed now and will be available in the next version of our app.

Best regards,
