Time based reminders quit working

It seems that time based reminders quit working after latest update, location based work ok. . Funny thing is, it appears to only be bad on existing / old tasks, any new task I add seems to work ok?

HI Anthony,

Thank you for the report. We have a few reports of issues but have yet to find the cause. Though knowing it is older tasks may be of use, can you 100% confirm this?

Regards,
Brendon.

+1. Was trying this out yesterday and it didn't send a text.

Hi,

If you go into Android Settings, Apps and find Todoist, Clear Data. Does this issue still occur?

I also have to make sure, is Notifications turned on within the app (the red ON button), and that at the same place where you "clear data" in Android Settings, Show Notifications is checked?

Regards,
Brendon.

Yes, it appears to only be the old tasks new ones work good. I can take an
old task, delete the time based reminder, add it again and it works.

Hello Tony,

Do you see any specific difference between the old ones and the new ones? If you check such reminder is it maybe formatted differently, for example, does the old one say "16 Jul @ 2pm" and the new one says "7/16 at 14:00"?

Best regards,
David

It seems that all new tasks remove the space between the time and am or pm.
For example, I entered a new task for "today @ 6 pm" with a space. When I
saved the task the space was gone "today @ 6pm". I tested this several
times. Most of my older tasks seem to have a space between the time and am
or pm.

Tony,

Thank you for clarifying. Technically, there should never be a space between the time and am/pm. We'll see if we can adjust that automatically on our end.

Best regards,
David
