Hello Liz,

You can go to the "Filters" tab and select one of the priority filters, or pull down your list a bit to see the search bar and enter "p1" or "p2" etc. there, or - set a custom filter if you would like to see tasks with all priorities in which case you can set it to:

p1, p2, p3, p4

or

p1 | p2 | p3 | p4

You can also combine these searches/filters and, for example, if you want to see tasks due within the next 28 days that are NOT priority 3 or 4, the you can use this filter:

28 days & !p3 & !p4

Best regards,
David

Liz,

Completed tasks can be viewed in 2 places:

1. Inside a project, when you click on the circular icon at the bottom of the list. Here, you'll find only tasks that are "physically" moved to history so active recurring tasks won't be here; same applies to sub-tasks that are still below their active parent.

2. By clicking on Karma -> View All Completed at the top. This list is more like a "log" of what's been completed and it includes also completion events of recurring tasks from all projects.

Best regards,
David

Liz,

To clarify - that was reg. the web. On iOS specifically, you can only see tasks in each project by tapping on "Completed tasks" inside a project.
