+ Add Question

It is not syncing across devices, it has been multiple days now.

I add it on my phone, then It doesnt show up on my native OSX app nor the web app. Thanks.

Hello Max,

Please make sure that you're logged in on every platform using the same credentials and same login method and every change made on any platform should instantly automatically sync the data to all other platforms (we're using Comet on the serve-end to force-sync all data upon any change).

Also, please check if the iOS app is allowed to sync in the background and send you notifications.

Actually, I realized that everything syncs from the phone except for the
inbox. Otherwise, the web app seems to have a lot of extraneous items that
are not on the native or mobile apps.

Max,

Thank you for this information. Please tell me, when did you create your Todoist account? Was it around February this year? I'm asking because at this time, there was a rare similar issue that affected some accounts, lthough it has been fixed by now.

Max,

I can only see your account ID, email address, last used IP, Premium time and time zone. The ID seems to be not too old, the Premium time expires by the end of April 2014 so if you've paid right after you've created the account, that shouldn't be a problem.

Either way, I'll pass it to our developers and we'll look into it.

Thanks David. That's correct it looks like, the first email I got from
todoist was early April

One more thing David, whenever I add a task to the inbox for my phone, it
adds two.
