ToDosit is no longer shown in my google accounts

ToDosit isa no longer shown in my google accounts (in Chrome and Firefox), also the daily tasks by e-mail are no longer received since 2 days, making Todoist useless.. :(

In both browsers Todoist is enabled

Hello Paul,

Please make sure that no browser add-ins, especially ad- or script-blockers or even anti-virus software is blocking Todoist and that you're not using a Gmail Labs extension called "Preview Pane". Aside from that, disabling third-party cookies can also cause such issues.

As for the Daily Digest emails - did you at any time click on the unsubscribe link in them or opted-out in the Settings. Also, do you have any tasks due today, tomorrow or overdue (if not - the Digest won't arrive).

Hi David,

was traveling and as ToDoist no shows lost a bit track of it - in addition
I also assumed it could be blocked by the networks used on my trip, but now
back to a place, where it worked before - but still no Todoist.

I checked both browser settings (Chrome and Firefox) but could not see
anything which could block it and since it is in both browsers also checked
the settings of Kapersky (the applied anti virsus s/w), even switched it
off - still no Todist.

any tipps?

Hi Paul,

Are you referring to our Gmail extension or something else? Do you get any warning prompt or error message? If you can take a screenshot of the problem, that would help us determine what the issue is.

Hi Clyde,

yes it is the gmail extension, whereby I use different browsers for
different accounts. Assume a screen shot will not help, as it will just
show that there is nothing to be seen from Todoist - there is also no error
message - Todoist just disappeared.. :(
Possible you could define what screen shot would be helpful...

I can just work with it when I open a separate TAB or on the Phone....which
is not efficient

Sorry, but it is difficult to give more inputs, as there is nothing to be
seen...

Hi Paul,

Have you tried re-installing the Gmail extension? Can you please confirm that you have the 3rd party cookies enabled on both browser?
