Syncing between multiple devices not working

Hi, I've been noticing odd syncing behavior across my devices. For instance, many times the webclient will remain out of sync until I log out and log back in.

Right now, I'm looking at a uncompleted task on my iPad that I marked complete on Monday. It doesn't appear on my iPhone or the WebApp. The iPad app says 'last sync 2 minutes ago' but it won't clear out this task.

Your service is great but if I can't trust the information to be accurate, it loses is value.

Hi Bill,

Please sign out of the iOS app, and re-install it. Making sure its the latest version. Let me know if it continues after doing so.

Thanks Brendon. It worked. However, does this mean that the only way that I know for sure that I that I'm working on the latest version of my task list is to log out and log back in? As I mentioned this has happened both on the webclient and my iOS devices.

Hello Bill,

Technically, Ctrl+F5 should help too. If not then indeed logging out and back in would be the best solution, but that's of course just a temporary workaround. Our iOS devs are looking into this and will rewrite the syncing process to prevent such issues from happening in the first place.
