Issue with Overdue Tasks - invisible, filter not working

My todoist karma is continually going down with the flag that I have tasks that are more than 4 days overdue. However, when I filter my todo list by "overdue", nothing shows up. I have also signed on for the daily digest, and it never tells me that I have something overdue. This has been an issue for weeks now, and I have tried...

Logging out, clearing cache, logging in
Going through all of my completed/archived projects and searching for an unchecked box
Deleting and then re-adding any recurring projects

Is this an issue for other todoist-ers? It is incredibly aggravating. I was going to purchase premium, as I enjoyed the added features during my free trial, but I cannot fathom throwing money at something that causes me such frustration.

Hello Violet,

I've made a change on the back-end, which should solve it, let me know if it doesn't after a few Karma updates. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards,
David

Thank you so much!

All seems to be working in perfect order now!

I'm having a similar issue - it was very bad last weekend, and then something got fixed and it was better in my main App (Google Chrome on my Windows PC).
But now, as I move around between my other Todoist apps, Overdue tasks keep showing up (in Outlook, on my Android, on my iPad).

Is there a way to force one, good solid re-sync from everywhere at once?
(or some back-end magic you can perform for me?) :-)

Hello Jamie,

Please delete our Android and iOS app, in Chrome go to Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data and delete Todoist's entry there and for Outlook - go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Todoist\Outlook and Delete the "Cache" folder.

Then log back in everywhere and every platform will be forced to pull all the data directly from the server.

Best regards,
David
