Error in recurring month

SK

Hello!

I had a question. I create some recurring tasks for "every month" to trigger every first day in each month. But it converts to "every 30 days" so it may triggers in 31st or 1st of days month. Of course it wasn't what I need. I wanted to ask you about it, but found information by myself, specifically here https://todoist.com/Support/show/26031
Quotation: "As for monthly tasks - it depends on the day, you can use "every 24" for "every 24th day in each month" or "every last day" which is a special syntax for the last day of each month."

So, I try to do so, but it doesn't work. What I try:
"every 1 day in each month @ 19:00 starting july 1 2014" - it repeats just every day
"every 1st day in each month @ 19:00 starting july 1 2014" - invalid date error
"every 1st day in each month @ 19:00 starting july 1 2014" - invalid date error
"every 1th day in each month @ 19:00 starting july 1 2014" - invalid date error

P.S. If I write just "... starting july 1" (without 2014 year), task date move to july 2015 year. Generally speaking, there's one problem with 2015 year, but I describe it in other separate question.

Hello,

Assuming you're trying to set a recurring day for every 1st of the month, you can use this: "every 1 @ 19:00 starting july 1 2014". Does that work for you?

Regards,

Clyde
