Does the Outlook app support Outlook365?

I just joined. Browser version seems fine but I can't get the Outlook add-in to do more than just appear as a blank box.

Also, how are the accounts on the different apps linked together? Do I need to use my Outlook e-mail when I register?

Hi Lesley,

We do not support the web version but the desktop one should work without issue. That being said we are having issues with it, such as being blank.

What do you mean by different apps? If you add an email as a task, it needs to be opened from the same location, when talking about clients such as Outlook.

Thanks for the very quick reply. Please advise when you believe the issues with the add-in for Outlook 365 desktop will be resolved.

The different apps I am using are the web browser (Firefox), Outlook add-in, and iPhone app. I cannot see how Todoist links my Outlook to the other two apps. Not sure if that is due to the issues with the add-in or if I need to change my Todoist account login e-mail to be the same as my Outlook e-mail. (When I registered, I used my home mail account, not Outlook which is my work mail.)
My ultimate goal here is to create tasks from Outlook e-mails that I can manage with my iPhone.

You need to sign into the same account everywhere, this depends on whatever your Todoist account is. It does not matter which email account you have within Outlook.

Though it does not link the other two apps, once you add an email as a task from Outlook, that link can only be opened within Outlook.
