We're sorry to hear that. If you could let us know on what platform are you accidentally deleting these tasks, we'd appreciate that and try to improve this process.
Now, as for the refund, please send us the order reference ID as it shows up on the receipt. The number you've mentioned doesn't match any order ID format we support. We can refund any payments made through our site, PayPal or the PlayStore based on the appropriate ID.
