I would like to cancel my account and get a refund, its not doing what I thought.
To receive a refund, please send us the order reference ID of your payment. TO cancel the payment subscription - cancel it directly on your PayPal or PlayStore account (other payment options are not recurring). To delete the account go to Settings -> Account and use the "Delete my account" link.
If there was anything in particular that Todoist didn't have, please let us know and we may add it in the future.
I have been trying to cancel. I tried it out, but it really didn't work for me.
The page just sits there and spins when I try to cancel. Could you help me out here?
Please tell me - are you referring to cancelling Todoist for Business, deleting an account, cancelling a subscription on PayPal?
Also, please try again now as we've just addressed a certain issue.
I tried to drop out of your business service. Quite nice, and I can see a lot of use for a big group of people. But it just doesn't really help more than my notebook.
Sorry to hear that :-( Please tell me - did you try to go to the Settings -> Account, set a new password there and then go back to Business Admin -> Accounts & Billing and try to cancel it? Let me know as this is a common issue if the account was created via Google.
