Annoying upgrade banner

Hello, at our company we use a premium Todoist business account, still I see the annoying red banner asking me to upgrade. Is there a way to remove it ?

Yes, they have the same problem. Maybe it has to do with ticket:

Any news regarding my issue ? I can't use the reminder / notification function anymore; basically my account is downgraded from PREMIUM to free This is extremely annoying since my work planning is based on Todoist and I rely on this PREMIUM functions.
