problem with Outlook 2013 - 365 home premium and add-in
My outlook 2013 was crashing and not able to load when I was syncing with my outlook.com e-mail address. (worked fine with aol address) After hours with Microsoft, they told me that their latest update caused a problem with subscribed calendars. They said that I could revert back to the previous update until there was a fix,(hopefully in July) but I already deleted the "corrupt" .ost file and started over. I asked if they were having any issues with the Todoist add-in because I disabled it but would like to add it in. They said they were not. I waited for a couple of weeks, then I added the Todoist add-in again. Of course before I did this I exported my calendar, just in case. Good thing because I received the same error code and my oulook was not able to open. I deleted my calendar on outlook.com. I removed the Todoist app, my outlook profile and all the .ost files. Then started over and it is fine again. I am sorry but I thought I had the error written down from a few weeks ago but I threw it away. I know I could recreate it since I recreated it on both of my computers. Have you heard this before and is there anything that you can do to make sure it is resolved? thanks.
