Over Charge

I seemed to have been over charged? And I cant add team members.

Hi Lars,

Overcharged by how much? Can you maybe attach your invoice so we can take a look at it? As for being unable to add team members, can you please attach a screenshot of the error?

Here are the screen shots.

Looks like I have paid €63 + $29 + €41.70

On top of that my business partner who is one of the team members on my account has paid $29?

Please let me know how much it is per person and if a business/team account is additional?

I'm also trying to add another team member.

Hi Lars,

How many users do you have? Is it 3 users? Looking at the screenshots, here's what I got from it.

Image 1 - This shows and invoice for €63 and has been paid already in July 6, 2014

Image 2 - Shows the payment for your personal premium account worth $29

Image 3 - A report telling you that your card have been charged €41.70

We've put in place a system wherein the remaining premium time gets converted and get credited to your account. So the $29 should have been deducted to your overall invoice.

Image 1 = €63
Image 2 = -€21.33 (estimated conversion of $29 to Euros using Google)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Image 3 = €41.67 (which is close to what was charged €41.70)

If you were charged multiple times though, it would show you both payments of €63 and €41.70. Is that the case?

Hopefully this clears it up. If not, please let me know.

PS. You've also reported that you've lost your premium status. I've reported this to our team already and they're looking into it.
