Please list COMPLETED TASKS by ACTUAL DATE, not by how many days ago they were completed

S

Design team:

I'm considering buying the Premium version so that I can have a RECORD of COMPLETED TASKS, and the DATE COMPLETED.

However, I'm disappointed to see that you list Completed Tasks in such a strange way!

You list completed tasks by *how many days ago* they were completed ("10 days ago"), instead of by the actual date. The actual date is presented in a tiny font that is almost invisible.

I strongly recommend switching the sequence:
Put the ACTUAL DATE FIRST, IN A BIG BOLD FONT, then the rest.

The ACTUAL DATES are MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than the number of days ago, esp. when we are dealing with a year's worth of data. "March 23" means a lot more to me than "96 days ago" does.

This will make the product useful to all of us who need to keep a record of our activities by date.

Thanks!

Hi Sumi,

Thank you for your suggestion. In the "View all completed" report, the tasks are grouped by dates already. The date should be shown beside the "X days ago" label.

We'll look into improving this in the future.

Clyde

Hi Clyde,

Thanks so much for your quick response.

I'm aware that the completed tasks are grouped by date. However, it's practically impossible to SEE the date. It's placed AFTER the "X days ago" label, and the font is so tiny and pale that it's practically INVISIBLE.

To be frank, I couldn't care less about "how many days ago" I did something. I only care about the actual date I did it. I need to see the actual date loud and clear.

Shouldn't be too hard to adjust this. Just a single tweak to the code.

I'm sure many people would be grateful. Nobody organizes their life around how many days ago they did something. What's important is the actual date.

Thanks again,
Sumi
