Alert does not work anymore

Hi... the alert "SMS" does not seem to work anymore.
My phone number is good... I tried "send a test" and it works...
But the alert on my tasks does not work and do not send any SMS anymore !!!

Hello Dany,

Please tell me - did you try all 3 outgoing hosts (US and two Canadian hosts) while having your location set to International?

If so - what's the due date and time of the task and/or reminder?

I am sorry, but where do you find this information (outgoing hosts.. us or canadian) ?
i do not see this option anywhere.!!

Note: I just tried to add a new task on my iphone app (the app was updated yesterday) and it does not work either. I created a task at 12H50 and put a sms reminder at 12h55... never received any sms.

Dany,

Please click on the gear icon at the top, go to Settings -> Reminders, then use "Edit" to change your phone number. Once you click this link, it will show you the additional options incl. "Number to send from" - that's where you can select the Canadian host.

Please try to set a reminder using this date format: "today @ 12:50" or "today at 12:50" and see if it helps.

Hi David...

Ok found it.
I tried all of the 3 settings "usa and Canada".. nothing works.
If I have tried with : auj @ 13h35 does not work.
I always use the form: auj a 13h35... and it always worked before. but not now.
Since I am in Canada using Rogers wireless... I changed to "rogers wireless" instead of "International not listed"... did not worked... I even try to send a test SMS... I did not received the test while being set to "rogers wireless"... I put it back to "international not listed"... the test worked.

But SMS still does not work. For now I have changed it to "Notification push mobile" and at least I can received my alert on my iPhone.

Please help fixing the SMS.

Thanks a lot for you very fast reply. It is an exceptionnal service that I always receive from you guys. I had to mention it.

PS.. all my settings are in french (just in case it matters).

Sorry for suggesting the 16:30 format, if you're using in in French then 13h35 should work indeed.

Either way, I've passed it to our developers now, we're currently also looking for a different SMS provider on our end so it's possible that something is being changed on the back end now.

We've moved to a different service now and have also simplified the UI for Reminders since the new provider doesn't require such detailed configurations. Please let us know if the issue persists.
