не устраивают настройки оповещений, это непросто делать, занимает много
времени. Предпочту другую программу.

Hi,

Your payment was refunded already. This was processed no questions asked and though I did inquire if there was a particular reason for this, an answer was not necessary to get the refund you requested and this was after I've already processed the refund request (which should be on its way).

Please do note that it may take a couple of days before you get the refund in your account. Unfortunately, this is out of our control as this part is processed by your bank already. I can guarantee you that we have made sure to process the refund on our end. Let us know if you still don't get it in the next couple of days.
