Billing issue

I bought Todoist for a year (premium), but when you guys promoted the business version, I tried it and since the trial period for the business version expired, now it appears as if I don't have the premium anymore. Please help me with this as soon as possible. You guys don't even have a ph# listed here.

Please let me know the ID number from your Premium purchase and I can re-add it to your account. It's an issue on our end we are looking to fix.

Hello Ulie,

As Brendon mentioned, we need the ID of the transaction or order reference ID or order number (depending how you've paid) from the original Premium payment and based on that we will make your account Premium again.

Ok I found the receipt, here is the information on it (and I think you guys should give me some kind of retribution, I haven't been able to use it at all because I NEED the Premium features, if this is not posible, I don't think I'm renewing):

Hi. Re: Billing, I have 3 users on the account and you guys billed me for 4. I see a 'partial refund' the 4th but I don't see the credit issued. When will that come through? Thanks

Anca,

Your account shows 3 users and a balance of 0. Can you send a screenshot your Admin Panel for invoices? So I can confirm 100% what you are seeing. Partial Refunds tend to be that that amount is credited to your account, and on the next year, goes towards that purchase.
