Credit card problems

Good morning

I have already updated my credit card info twice but your system could not charge me yet - I keep receive alerts about that. How can I get around that? I can´t have my access suspended! Please help!

Hello Daniel,

Please tell me, what's the status of the invoice in Accounts & Billing? Is it "Pending" or "Failed"? If it's "Failed", have you tried to use the "Pay Invoice" option?

It says "Pending" since June 24th. I can´t find the option "pay invoice". Wait for your instructions

Daniel,

This option will show up once the status changes to "Failed", though technically, once you've changed your credit card details, the next time it attempts to make the charge, it should use the updated data.

I will pass it to our developers, but please clarify - after you've updated the CC info, did the system already tried to charge you and failed (send an email about a failed charge)?

I have found the problem: my credit card company said you need to charge me in dollars, not in my own currency wich is Real. Can your support do that using the CC info of my account? if not, can I use paypal?

Daniel,

Technically, this can only be changed once at the time you sign-up for Business - that's where you get the option to select the currency, but I will pass it to our developers and see if we can change it on our end to USD.

how can i change the currency? Im tryng to pay, but my credit cart dont accep the currency.

Please tell me which currency do you need to use. Is it US dollars? I can reset your account and switch it to USD.

Congratulation for the program.

O could pay by market place, but I only for premium.
Please try change de currency to US dollars, I need the business license.
After, if you can, please conpensates for the amount paid for premium
license.

Sorry. I meant the invoice that you'll find in "Todoist Business Admin" -> "Account and Billing" and then under "Billing history" (by clicking on the "View invoice")
