This is such a first world problem, but I really HATE seeing "overdue," in the auto filter bar

J

A super first world issue...but is there's any way I can change the automatic filter topic. Right now it's set to "overdue, today..." It drives me into a slight frenzy every time I look at, because it titles ALL of my tabs with "overdue". I just want the filter to be blank, or for the filter to customize it when I look at it in my web browser, or desktop. This is probably a internal decision made that I can't bump against, but just a nit-picky issue I would love to resolve. Thank you

Hello Joy,

The point of this is to make absolutely sure that if you have overdue tasks, you'll never miss them ;-)

But you can of course change your default start page in the Settings -> General, use "Custom query" from the "Start page" drop-down menu and just type "today" or "7 days" without including overdue tasks.

Best regards,
David

That's a good point, I'm just weird. Thank you for this!

Oh wait, I didn't do a good job at explaining. I mean in the search bar - it has "overdue" as an auto search. Is there a way I can change the text in that box somehow. I tried the instructions above and it doesn't work.

Second that! I was thinking the same exact thing when confronted with "Overdue" first thing in the morning. Maybe this can be a feature request for future development?

Hi,

The text will only change when the search is changed, and the default Today view is actually overdue, today. So I suppose we can change this in the future, though its not possible right now.

Regards,
Brendon.

That would be awesome if you could do that, maybe the default view can be,
"today, priority." or just "today," will do fine. Thank you!!
