IPad not sycing

I use an android phone, the website and an IPad for my todoist list. Whilst both the website and the android phone sync automatically, the IPad has to be manually synced every time. This is for both when I open the application for the first time AND if I add, amend the lists on the IPad.

Hi Mick,

So you are saying it syncs fine just manually? If you wipe away the app, restart the iOS device and then load Todoist, is it the same case?

Tried that but it will still only sync manually

Hello Mick,

Are you allowing our app to send push notifications? If not - please do so. Also, are you in any corporate WiFi networks which could use proxies, firewalls or VPNs or in any way block certain connections?

Everything is permitted. It does now sync but only if I leave it for about two minutes which is not sufficient - I may as we'll manually sync it. If I compare this to my phone or the website, however, they are virtually immediate.

Hi David

Upgraded to the latest version (8.4) and it took 4 minutes before it auto synced. Restarted the Ipad, tried again with similar results.
