Adding a recording from CHrome

I use a Windows-based machine for my desktop and one of my laptops and from the Windows Whenever I try to record I get the message "your browser does not seem to support HTML5 Audio Recording :-(.

I have an Ipad and an Samsing Galaxy S5 phone and it works perfectly on those platforms. Takes a little while to populate the Wondows computr, but I can listen, I just can't record.

Hi MIchael,

Are you using the Chrome extension or our website within Chrome? As Chrome extensions do not allow file uploads, sadly, a recording is a file attachment.

Let me know if its the website or another one of our apps.

I'm not really sure, however while waiting for your response which was very quick, I downloaded the chrome app and it works perfectly. So I deleted the windows app and will just use the chrome version.

I have the same problem with the Desktop App (Not the Chrome Extension).

Unfortunately, this is a limitation with our desktop Apps. We'll look into making this possible in the future.
