Synch iPhone and Windows

I seem to be having a problem with getting Todoist to synch between my iPhone and the Windows client. I can update on my iPhone and see it on the web (good), I can update on the web and see it on my iPhone (good), but what is updated isn't flowing to the app on Windows which is the one I wanted to use most while I'm working.

Hello Elise,

Please try to manually delete the Windows app's cache and see if it helps.

To do so, right-click on the TD icon it adds to the system tray and choose "Quit" from there to completely close the app. Then, delete the "Cache" folder which is located in:

C:/Users/{username}/AppData/Local/Todoist/Windows
