Account Transfer

I started a business account and added some employees. I haven't paid yet, and my boss actually wants to do it himself. Is it possible to make him the administrator and let him pay for the account from now on?

Hello Nik,

Yes, that's possible. To do so, go to Todoist Business Admin -> Users and you'll see a gear icon on the right side of each user. Click on it and you'll reveal a few actions you can perform on each user, one of them will be "Make Admin".

Once you make your boss the admin, click on the gear next to your account and choose "Remove admin status". Then your boss can update the payment information in "Accounts & Billing".
