Hello Tom,

There's currently no way to prevent anyone in a project to complete any task in this project. Please ask your team to either never complete such tasks or ask for a reassignment if they can't complete it.

Best regards,
David

Tom,

You can reply to the email notifications the support system sends and they will arrive in the appropriate thread, but you're also welcome to create separate thread. Either way is OK :-)

Tom,

At the top right corner of Todoist there is a gear icon, click this and then Todoist For Business. From that page there is a button to start your free trial.

Hi Tom,

It should be fine that it says premium. Just to be sure, do you see the team inbox in your iPad app? That's an indication that you are using a Business account.

We are having issues with the application locking when we open pop up windows. Is this a bug or temporary issue?

Tom,

Please clarify what popups are you referring to? You're using the Todoist for Windows app, have it in focus, then in the background a website in which (?) browser opens a popup window and the Windows app is completely unresponsive?

Please clarify with an example, incl. steps who you can reproduce this issue in what browsers/apps.

Using internet Explorer 9, If you open up a comment window, the site freezes and the only thing you can do is close IE. Same if you try to add a collaborator.

Unfortunately, we're not fully supporting earlier versions of IE anymore and I can't reproduce this in IE 11. If you have an option to use a different browser or at least upgrade to IE 11, please do so. Sorry for the inconvenience :-(
