Sync not working between devices

Cannot view, add,or update tasks in Outlook 2013 (Win 8.1) and different lists display on iPad 3 and iPhone 4S. All devices have been out of sync for a couple of weeks so I resorted to only using Outlook. Now that I can't use it I'm pretty discouraged about continued use of the product.

Hi Valerie,

Do you remember when this started exactly? Anything that happened at that time, software/device changes, anything at all?

Have you signed out of each device, and cleared the cache for our Outlook plugin? (remove all from %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Todoist\Outlook\Cache)

I updated the iPad, iPhone, and online to show the same tasks. Outlook has re-appeared and the devices appear to be syncing. Thank you!
