Hello,

I recently bought the premium account but now I would like to switch it to the business and get my company on board.. How should I go about this? It looks like it's the same price for what I've already paid for :)

I just clicked the trial. I need to change the yearly option to monthly. I accidently clicked on yearly instead of monthly and we will be having employees coming and going so this will not work

Hello Becca,

Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to switch from Premium to Business without having to pay for Business even if you're already Premium. We are working on changing this right now, though.

That said, you could either pay for Business, then send us the order reference ID of the Premium payment and we'll add an extra year to your account or receive a refund for Premium and then move to Business (for that we'll also need the order reference ID).

We'll also look into enabling a payment method change after sign-up for Biz very soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey David,

I just bought my premium account about 3 days ago (!) So you're saying the 29 dollars will basically go to waste? :( I just want to clarify.

No, as I've said we can either give you an extra year of Premium for the year you've paid for 3 days ago or refund this payment so you'll get this money back. You can choose which option you prefer, but in either way, we'll need to order reference ID to proceed with it.
