My App Todoist is Not Sync with My Online Todoist

My Todoist Android app is not in sync with my online Todoist, and in fact, is a couple weeks behind re tasks. Am I correct in reading some of the recent questions, that there is a problem yet resolved?

Hello Peter,

Such issue should not occur anymore (there was a minor sync problem in the past, but it's fixed). Please tell me:
- Are you certain you're logged into the same account using the same credentials and login method on both platforms?
- Does reinstalling the Android app help?
- What version of the Android app are you using?
- Are you using any task killer apps?
