Problems with sync IOS and Web, sometimes on Windows and PC - all Patforms!

I use todoist now since several month als premium user. This system would be great if it would function. But again and again are there sync problems in ALL platforms I use:

Windows PC
Outlook

Most of problems are on the
web App
IOS iphone
IOS iPad

Often I can solve it by logging out and loggin in newly in the platform. But I have no patience more to do it. Todoist is meant to facilitate and accelerate the work. But it make MORE work.

What will you do - Team todoist - to solve this problems finally? And when?

Hello Kerstin,

This issue should be solved about 1-2 weeks ago. Please reinstall the iOS apps from both your iOS devices and let us know if the issue still persists after that.

If it does, please describe step-by-step, how exactly can we reproduce it. For example: you have your iOS devices completely turned off and are using the Windows app offline, when you turn on the iOS device and go online with both, then changes made on Windows don't sync? If it's any different, let us know what are the circumstances in which this happens.

The problem is not only on IOS app but also on web app and sometimes on Windows/Outlook. It seems a general problem. But I will reinstall the ios apps and I will wait 2 weeks ago.
