Outlook 64 bit add-in does not work

Hi,

I have Outlook 2013 64-bit on Windows 8 64 bit.
I successfully installed the todoist outlook add-in. When I select Options-AddIns, I even see Outlook TodoistADX under Active Application Add-ins.

But I am not sure how to create tasks, as I cannot see any todoist UI element under menus or toolbars.

Hello Avinash,

When you're in the Add-ins menu, please click on "Go" at the bottom (next to "COM Add-ins") and you'll see another window - one that will have check boxes next to the add-ins' names.

Please check the box next to "OutlookTodoist" and this should activate it (and open the Todoist window on the right side in Outlook's Mail tab).

Hi David,

I followed the steps you mentioned. In the checkbox list i see that OutlookTodoistADX is already checked. (There is no OulookTodoist in this list but OutlookTodoistADX)

But i don't see a Todoist window.

Avinash,

Please tell me, did you try to un-check it, reload Outlook and then check it back again? Also, did you try to reinstall our plugin?
