Hello Edgar,

Currently, it's not possible to migrate to Business and keep your current Premium time, you would have to subscribe for Premium again.

This is an issue that we're working on right now and should have a solution within a few days, but for now, if you'd want to move to TD Biz right-away, if you'll send us the order reference IDs of the Premium payments from your team, we would add the remaining Premium time you have to your accounts.

Best regards,
David

Hi David

Edgar's asked me to claim the credit left over from our premium accounts, but I can't find the invoices for those. I have upgraded our team to TD Biz. Would be grateful if you could attach any remaining credit from premium toto Biz accounts.

Thanks
Ed

Hi Ed,

Can you maybe give us the transaction ID or reference number of your purchase? I'll take note of it and once we have finished the ability to credit back remaining premium time, we will do so.

Regards,

Clyde

Hi Ed,

We just have implemented a system wherein the remaining value of their Premium time gets deducted in your next invoices. So, you If you add those 2 member in your team, you should get a credit for the premium time that they have bought.

Clyde
