Hi Dan,

This is a known issue and our developers are still currently looking for a fix for it. Just curious, aside from re-installing the app, what changes have you made recently?

We had several users reporting though we can't replicate it ourselves.

Regards,

Clyde

As I travel, I need to update time zones quite often. I haven't changed anything else. But web, Chrome and IOS are working fine.

I have just installed Trusteer Endpoint Protection, could that have anything to do with it?

Hi, I have found a work around.
1 Find the todoist tray icon, right click, and have selected the logout option ( but do not click).
2 Now click OK on the todoist app error message and very quickly left click on the logout tray option
3) You should logout before the error message pops up again.
4) now login again and it works!

How can I click on OK and keep the tog out window active. As soon as I click OK the other window closes and I cannot be quick enough as the error message pops up back immediately.

Hi there ,  I think I may have used the enter key to dismiss the error and then with the mouse over the logout button was ready to click logout.
