Hi Rob,

Our Outlook plugin works pretty much the same as the website version, only with the added ability to add an email as a task. You can do this by having the TD panel open, click on an email so it's open, then in the Todoist panel, click the Quick Add + button in the top right, then Add Email As Task.

Please let me know if you can't get to this point, if there is an issue with the panel even showing :)

You can also find all our video's on YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQ_61yRKscCnkIJBPoR15EA

We also have Todoist.com/help.

Regards,
Brendon.

Hey Brendon,

Thanks for the quick reply. How do I create a folder so I can add sub task?

Rob,

On the left hand side (if you have the panel small, it will be hidden and need to open from the top) there is a list "Projects, Labels, Filters". You need to go to Projects (it's on this by default) and at the bottom of that list is "Add Project".

This would be your folder. Then within it, you can start adding tasks. When you are editing a task, there are two arrow icons underneath the date box (or use CTRL+RightArrow) to change it's indent level. Which ever task is then above that task, becomes it's parent task. You can do the same with projects on that left hand menu.

Regards,
Brendon.

Hi Brendan - I'd like to be able to just list my projects that are due today and then click on one to see the list of tasks. Is this possible? Currently if I view projects I get all of them - not just the ones with tasks due today.

cheers

Debra,

You can create a filter for each project, using the today & p:projectname for example.

Though there is no way to just list all projects only due, the Today view and 7 days view lists all due tasks from all projects.

Brendon
