No puedo abrir Todoist en Windows 7

Desde hace 3 días, no puedo abrir Todoist en mi PC con Windows 7. Antes sí lo abría bien, pero ahora no. Me aparece un mensaje "No se pudo sincronizar con Todoist. Por favor, inténtelo nuevamente después."

Hi David,

If you exit Todoist 100% (right click the TD icon in the system tray) and then clear the cache for it (delete all from %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Todoist\Outlook\ ). Does the issue still occur?

Hi:

We have already solved the problem. However, I would request a refund of
the purchase and the premium features that do not need them. I remember
that there is a trial period of 30 days.

Hi David,

In order to process your refund request, we will need the transaction ID of your purchase (if you used Credit Card or Paypal). If you have purchased it directly from Google Play Store, we will need the Order Number. If you bought it as an In-App Purchase, you will need to request the refund directly from Apple and they will most likely return 70% of the purchase price. Unfortunately, Apple does not allow us to do this ourselves.
