Filtering by Team Member

EF

I manage several people and want to be able to conduct individual status meetings with each. I'd like to pull a filtered list of project by person they're assigned to.

I can't figure out how to do this. Can you please help?

For example: Meeting with Jessica tomorrow. Want to be able to filter by Assigned to Jessica and review all of her projects in the meeting.

Hello Elizabeth,

Unfortunately, that's not possible now, but we will consider adding this feature in the future.

You're welcome to vote for it in our Votebox: https://todoist.com/Vote/show/7785/

David:

Wanted to check back in and see if the ability to filter by specific assignee has happened yet.

I know I can see filters for "ME" and for "OTHERS", but what about creating one this way ":to Jonathan" to create filter for anything that's been assigned to Jonathan? Maybe this exists and I'm just not typing the command correctly. Would it maybe be something like ":to Jonathan@jonathansemailaddress.com" ? Am I just using the wrong identifier?

Hello Fabio,

If you mean to a specific team member, then no, but if you mean to any team member, then this can be achieved by querying:

:to_others:

This syntax shows all tasks that you have assigned to other people.

Best regards,
David

Also looking to filter tasks per team member.

I would have thought this would be standard in an business, to be able to filter tasks per individual.

Then have the ability review or follow up all tasks assigned at a 'Work in progress' meeting.

Thanks :-)

I also need an ability to filter by a specific team member. I can't believe this is still not available.
