Synch problems

Hi

Trying to open Todoist Windows app, and receive an error message that it is unable to synch.

I see that there are a couple of other users raising this issue. What is the problem? Is it a general problem, or just a couple of us?

Looking forward to fixing this.

Can you please tell me if you're getting a "javascript alert" message? If not, can you share with me the exact prompt you get?

Hello,

Yes, this issue should be fixed by now and we can no longer reproduce it.

If you're still experiencing it, please try to delete the app's cache manually by deleting the "Cache" folder located in C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Todoist'Windows
