AH..seems like it is still going on. The online version is not syncing with my desktop (Off Line) version.Thanks for your help
John,The server issues are resolved. When you say Offline, do you mean the desktop version is offline? As then it will not sync changes, it needs to be online to grab new information.Regards,Brendon.
I am having difficulty syncing web tasks with Outlook plug in
I logged out in Outlook and then back in and that worked.
The server issues are NOT resolved. I go back and forth between my work and home computers and every time I go to the other place, there are some things that sync properly and some that don't. It's getting very annoying and I'm losing confidence that I can trust Todoist to keep track of my to dos. Trust is the most important part of a to do list. Please solve this problem immediately. My patience with Todoist is wearing thin.
I'm sorry to sound so peeved, but it's tough when a service that I've loved and used for SO long suddenly loses its reliability. This is entirely unacceptable, and I hate the idea of having to go find another to do list manager. I love Todoist, but I won't stay around to be abused. :)

Brendon,Please see the attached. I am on line. The sync message comes from the software that I access from my desktop as opposed to the one I access via the web. As you can see it clearly is not syncing. I do not know if it is a server issue or what it is posted here because it was the thread where people are complaining about sync issues. I am just looking for help

I have been updating the online (web) task list for a long time, and noticed that the iOS versions did not update properly - it kept the old info in the iOS...until suddenly yesterday it sync'd and now all the old information from the iOS is added back in to the web system...what to do? How do I know if new stuff is not deleted in my lists?
Hi Torkel,The app does not delete anything unless they've been done so in the other platform, It is likely that your old tasks may have just been added on top of your new tasks. Unfortunately, there is isn't really a way to know this aside from doing a manual check. Try reviewing your new tasks and see if they still exist.Regards,Clyde
Hi, Thanks for your prompt reply, but how can I make sure that the iOS is in Sync and avoid this in the future? I went multiple times in the iOS prior to yesterday and nothing happened. New taks appears to be added, but old task that I had updated on the web was not showing as updated in the iOS...and now I am all set back to tons of old tasks that need to be ajusted again, many having been completed already online.Thanks!
